Privacy Policy

What We Collect

• Wallet addresses (public, derived from hardware-stored keys)
• Transaction history (fetched from public blockchain, not stored server-side)
• Device pairing tokens (ephemeral, E2E encrypted, for mobile co-signing)

What We Do NOT Collect

• Private keys (never leave Secure Enclave / TPM)
• Seed phrases (not applicable -- P256 hardware keys)
• Personal information (no email, name, or phone required to use)
• Browsing history or analytics

Third-Party Services

• Blockchain RPC providers (read chain state, broadcast transactions)
• ERC-4337 bundlers (submit UserOperations)
• Relay server (relay.paygent.net -- ephemeral E2E encrypted message routing, no storage)

Local Storage

• Wallet config stored locally on device
• Private keys in hardware (Secure Enclave macOS, TPM Linux)
• No cloud sync, no server-side storage

Data Retention

Ephemeral relay messages deleted after delivery or TTL. No server-side user data retained.

Your Rights

Delete all local data by uninstalling. On-chain data is immutable by blockchain design.
