Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Paygent, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

Service Description

Paygent is a hardware-secured smart wallet for AI agent payments. It uses Secure Enclave (macOS) and TPM (Linux) for P256 key storage, ERC-4337 Account Abstraction for gasless operations, and Safe smart accounts for on-chain authorization. The software enables AI agents to make payments within hardware-enforced and on-chain spending limits.

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for securing your device. Loss of device access may result in loss of wallet access.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible. You acknowledge that sent funds cannot be recalled.
  • You are responsible for understanding gas fees, network conditions, and smart contract interactions.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

No Warranty

Paygent is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Introspective Labs, Inc. is not responsible for lost funds, failed transactions, gas fees consumed by reverted transactions, smart contract bugs, blockchain network outages, or any financial losses arising from use of the software. In no event shall liability exceed the amount you paid for the software.

Prohibited Uses

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Sanctions evasion or transactions with sanctioned entities
  • Fraud or any activity that violates applicable law

Intellectual Property

Paygent, the Paygent logo, and associated trademarks are property of Introspective Labs, Inc. The software is licensed, not sold.

Modification of Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the application or website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
